January isn’t about rushing or reinventing yourself.
It’s about warmth, comfort, and easing back into the rhythm.
This month, I’ll be baking a small collection of pastry boxes — all with the same cozy spirit, just different ways to enjoy it. Across the January boxes, you’ll find pastries built around simple, comforting flavours:
pecan toffee pie bars
vanilla madeleines with white chocolate
hazelnut & brown butter financiers
cinnamon shortbread sandwich cookies with white chocolate ganache
Everything is baked fresh, by hand, and with you in mind.
How it works
Everything is made to preorder.
Preorders open Saturday and close Tuesday.
I bake and pack everything on Thursday, ship with PostNL, and your box is delivered on Friday to your address.
Limited boxes each week — once preorders close, that week is done.
Sharing food is my love language — January just asks me to speak it a little more gently.
